I am writing to thank you for publishing such an amazing book "Take the Taste of Greece with you". The illustrations are so beautiful it makes you want to go to Greece. The recipes are so easy to follow and the results are sooooo good!!! I would love to have your second book.Are you planning to translate it into English?i very much hope so. Again,thank you for letting us non Greeks sample a taste of your country.
I am a mother of two and have tried more than half of the recipes from "Take the Taste of Greece with You". I want to thank you for making Greek cooking easy, delicious and best of all quick!! My family loves it! Entertaining has gone from being a chore to enjoyable with Boukia Boukia. I am so looking forward to your next book!
I love the recipe for the strawberry jam. Since, strawberries are so plentiful at this time of year it is a great recipe to make and can, so I can have fresh tasting jam during the winter. The jams you find in the store are tasteless and so filled with perservatives and all kinds of stuff that I can't pronounce. This recipe is so pure and so easy. I am not a big cook, always looking to cut corners, so this is such a simple recipe! I love it. It something I can feel good about giving to my son!
My passion and love for my heritage is the reason I published 2 amazing books about Greek food,coffee table books little treasures with wonderful pictures and easy to execute recipes.I feel that our children are the victims of this superficial generation where every thing they try to enjoy is polluted and manipulated by greedy corporations.I love the young ones and i want to do my very best to help them enjoy healthy seasonal delicious meals using only the best ingredients the planet has to offer,and this amazing earth of ours is very very generous.
